We approach sales in a straight-forward manner, describing the process for each skill provided. Each course is comprised of two to six modules, and each module contains a quiz for reinforcing the concept presented. Successful completion of all modules and the successful completion of the final exam earns a certificate of completion for that course. Successful completion of all the courses within a curriculum gives the learner the opportunity to begin the skills validation process with a live GDA instructor. Successful completion of the skills validation process, with oral testing and role-play, earns the coveted GDA Sales Certification.
