As the newly hired president of the division responsible for the IBM relationship, I needed to get my senior management team in place and of focused on our goals. During the strategic planning session led by GDA, the GDA facilitator pointed out that it looked like we had been put in place to nurse the relationship until the new product platform would become the platform of choice.
